Mentoring Fellow Entrepreneurs

Endeavor Entrepreneurs serve as mentors to fellow entrepreneurs facing hurdles they have already overcome and to the future generation of Endeavor Entrepreneurs by reviewing candidates and serving as Selection Panelists.

Investing in the Future

Endeavor Entrepreneurs can invest in the organization's future by allocating space in eligible rounds for Endeavor Catalyst and by becoming LPs in the fund. Some have ultimately been invited to become Board Members of their Endeavor office.

Application Criteria:

  • Stage of Growth: Endeavor selects “scale ups”. Our entrepreneurs have found product-market fit and are at an inflection point in their growth journey. Most entrepreneurs in Endeavor’s selection process have between $500K-$10M in annual revenue. The average CAGR (3-year) for Endeavor Entrepreneurs is >100%.

  • Business model: Endeavor looks for entrepreneurs building businesses with unique, scalable, innovative, and potentially disruptive business models. We select companies with a strong value proposition that have the potential to be category leaders, regionally or globally.

  • Operations: Your main operations or HQ are based out of an Endeavor market. If you are a member of the diaspora of an Endeavor market, we’d still love to connect!
